I said I wouldn't do this again. So why am I doing it?
You understand yourself so well, yet when you catch yourself responding in those same familiar ways, you feel frustrated with yourself, and sometimes even ashamed.
An online practice every other Tuesday
Honest lady talk, a little laughter, and then we go deeper to hear the woman inside you.
An unanswered text or a conversation you keep replaying can take up so much of your attention. Before you know it, your whole mood seems to totally depend on someone else’s response.
Come spend 2 hours coming back to yourself, and leave feeling clearer, steadier, and more cozy in your own company.
Let me welcome all of you properly.
There’s so much of you to discover.Imagine becoming as interested in her as you would be in someone you’re falling deeply in love with.
You want to know everything. What makes her laugh, what makes her feel beautiful, what turns her on, what hurts her, what she’s secretly been dreaming about.
And imagine getting that excited about discovering those things about yourself.
You start recognizing the little things that make you happy. You become curious about how you feel in different places, with different people, in different moments of your life.
And the more you get to know her, the more invested you become in seeing her happy.
You want to give her the things she loves. You want to listen when something hurts. You begin to care deeply about what her experience of life actually feels like.
And when something beautiful comes into your life, you get to be there to experience it with her.
The affection, the pleasure, the love, the success, and all those little moments that make being alive so fucking beautiful.
There’s so much of you to discover. And so much life to experience together.
What we’ll explore together
Each gathering explores a different experience of being human, through the relationship we have with ourselves. Come to the ones that speak to you, or join us throughout the series.
You understand yourself so well, yet when you catch yourself responding in those same familiar ways, you feel frustrated with yourself, and sometimes even ashamed.
An unanswered text or a conversation you keep replaying can take up so much of your attention that, before you know it, your whole mood seems to depend on someone else's response.
The things you've wanted to say, the needs you've quietly hoped someone would notice, and all those times you felt a no inside you but heard yourself say yes anyway.
You can feel what you want so clearly, yet still find yourself questioning it, minimizing it, or coming up with a hundred reasons why you shouldn't go after it.
You long for deep, sacred love, and at the same time, you want to trust yourself enough to express what you need, ask for what you want, and be willing to walk away when something no longer feels right for you.

Choose the one that feels closest.
For the moments you start leaving yourself
You can analyse your behaviour to a T. You can explain why you react the way you do, why they react the way they do, what probably happened in their childhood, what happened in yours, and exactly how the whole dynamic is playing out.
And you’re still hurting.
Maybe you said yes again when you really wanted to say no. Or sent the message you promised yourself you wouldn’t send. Or someone suddenly seemed distant, and you spent the rest of the day trying to understand what it meant.
And the most frustrating thing is that you already know what’s happening.
Sometimes you can even recognize the pattern while you’re right in the middle of it.
And then, on top of whatever you were already feeling, comes the disappointment in yourself.
Why did I do that again?
I knew better.
When am I finally going to get past this?
And sometimes, underneath all that frustration, you just want someone to notice that you’re struggling.
You want someone to take care of you, too. To remember what matters to you. To consider you without you having to orchestrate the whole thing first.
You want to receive that love and care without immediately wondering whether it’ll last, whether they really mean it, or whether you’re asking for too much.
And you notice you have people, you have a life. There are messages on your phone from people who would probably answer if you called.
So why do you sometimes still feel so incredibly alone?

About me
I’m so glad you’re here.
For a long time, I felt so tender. Like even the wind could bruise me. I wanted to feel safer and more sure of myself, and I thought that feeling would come through other people’s love, approval, and validation. Well, also through alcohol and drugs.
Eventually, I began devoting myself to understanding myself. I became really, really good at explaining my patterns, my reactions, my childhood, and why certain things affected me so deeply. But when love entered my life, someone pulled away, or something I desperately wanted felt uncertain, I was still hurting.
And that’s when I felt I had enough. Enough of hurting, enough of moving in circles, enough of waiting for someone to bring the relief. And that’s when I started becoming genuinely interested in the woman who was living through all of this. Her feelings, her desires, her fears, her standards, her instincts, her dreams. I wanted to know her. To spend time with her. To nurture her, listen to her, enjoy her, and develop a relationship where she could actually feel that I was with her. Slowly, this began changing the way I experienced my whole life.
And now I get to share this work in rehab settings, at events I’m holding, and in private containers with one-on-one clients.
And I want to support you in building an intimate relationship with yourself.
One that helps you stop spiralling around other people’s reactions, trust your own choices, and feel more present for the life you’re actually living.
The practice
You know those conversations with women where you start laughing about something and end up talking about the deepest, most intimate parts of your life?
That’s the kind of space I want us to have.
Every other Tuesday, we get together for honest, unfiltered, sometimes spicy conversations about love, sex, money, desire, boundaries, relationships, and all things life.
We laugh, we share, we get curious, and sometimes we hear another woman say something we’ve been feeling for years but have never quite put into words.
I guide you through a gentle, embodied journey where we turn that curiosity toward ourselves. We begin to feel what’s actually happening inside us, meet the woman who’s living through it all, and discover what she has to say.
Because there’s something really beautiful about getting to know yourself this intimately, especially in the company of other women.
Honest, unfiltered conversation followed by a guided experience with yourself. So you can feel the closeness you keep reaching for out there, right here with you.
Bring the spiral, the waiting, the longing, the anger, the uncertainty—or simply your presence.
Revisit the practice whenever you want a little more space to hear yourself.
Share or listen. Camera on or off. Nothing is forced.
Each $33 seat is for one individual gathering. Come to one, or join us for the whole series leading up to the New Year. 🤍
Come laugh, say the thing you haven’t said out loud, and meet the woman inside you who’s been living through all of it. Leave knowing her more intimately, and feeling less alone inside your own life. 🤍
What clients have felt in this work
Your sessions helped me learn how to love and respect myself again.
Nina creates a safe, nurturing space where you can feel and express what is moving through you … at your own pace, without pressure or judgment.
Even online, I could feel Nina’s warmth, presence, and dedication.
I spend so much time in my head trying to make sense of everything. Nina’s work gives my body something it has always needed but never truly received. After each session, I feel relaxed and light—as if the stress in my body has melted away.
I’m learning to trust my intuition and the wisdom of my body. The power I need is already within me, and I can work with it instead of against it.
Throughout the session, I experienced a deep sense of being seen and held, something I don’t always allow myself.
Your sessions are so real and warm. I thought that every part was so important and well thought through, and I felt restored and revived coming out of it.

There’s so much life to be experienced.
Imagine being so deeply connected to the woman inside you that when she’s confused, you become curious about what’s happening for her instead of making it mean something is wrong with you.
When she wants something, you listen. You take her desires seriously, and you become genuinely interested in finding ways to give her what she longs for.
You might meet someone you’re incredibly attracted to and still choose to walk away because you know the kind of relationship you want to build.
You might disappoint someone by saying no, and still feel good about your decision because you know why it matters to you.
And slowly, the relationship you have with yourself begins to shape the way you love, the choices you make, the things you allow, and the life you create.
Because you’re the one who gets to speak for that woman inside you. You’re the one who gets to represent her, listen to her, and let her have a real say in how you live.
And imagine taking that responsibility on with pleasure.
Questions you might be holding
No. You’re welcome to participate quietly, listen, or share if something feels alive for you. You never have to disclose more than you’re comfortable with.
Absolutely. Camera-on and camera-off participation are both welcome.
That’s completely welcome. You can bring your confusion, numbness, restlessness, curiosity, or whatever else is here. We begin with the experience you’re actually having.
You’ll receive the replay, so you can return to the practice in your own time.
You can email Nina before the session begins, and she’ll help you move your seat to another gathering where possible.
This is a guided somatic practice space rather than group therapy or crisis support. You’re always encouraged to choose the level of participation that feels supportive to you.
Giggle with her. Call her out. Notice her. Hear her.
Bring her to life, so you can feel yourself living yours.
